At Exam Prepp, we strive to deliver high-quality courses to assist our students in their exam preparation. We understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is requested. To address such instances, we have established the following refund policy:
Eligibility for Refund:
- Cancellation Within Stipulated Time:
- A full refund will be considered if the cancellation request is made within 24 hours of enrollment, provided that no course content has been accessed or downloaded.
- Course Content-Related Issues:
- Refunds will be issued if the course content significantly deviates from what was advertised on our website or promotional materials.
- Technical Issues:
- If substantial technical difficulties prevent access to the course material, and our team is unable to resolve these issues within 7 working days of receiving the complaint, a full refund will be issued.
- If the technical issues are due to the student’s own equipment or internet service, no refund will be applicable.
Non-Eligibility for Refund
- Change of Mind/No Longer Want to Prepare:
- Refunds will not be issued due to a change of mind regarding exam preparation.
- Eligibility for the Exam:
- Refunds will not be issued if the student finds they are ineligible for the exam after subscribing to the course.
- Purchase by Mistake:
- The subscription process involves multiple steps requiring user awareness. Refunds will not be issued for purchases made by mistake.
- Exam Performance:
- Refunds will not be issued if the student does not clear the exam.
- Language Barrier:
- Refunds will not be issued if the language of the course differs from personal preferences. However, if the language differs from what was promised, a refund will be applicable.
- Not Satisfied with Course Quality:
- Refunds will not be issued if the course does not meet personal expectations. Free demo lessons are available on our YouTube channel and course portal for evaluation before subscribing.
- Access to Downloadable Materials:
- Refunds will not be applicable if any part of the course has been downloaded.
- Personal/Financial Issues:
- Refunds will not be issued due to personal or financial issues.
- Course Progress:
- Refunds will not be granted if the student has significantly progressed in the course or completed assessments.
- Utilization of Live Sessions or Support:
- Refunds will not be eligible if the course includes live sessions or personalized assistance that has been utilized.
- Price Changes:
- Refunds will not be issued due to changes in course prices due to offers or scholarships introduced after purchase.
- Delivery and Use of Printed Materials:
- Refunds will not be issued for printed materials once dispatched. If the student has provided incorrect delivery details resulting in a return, additional shipping charges will apply for redelivery.
Process for Requesting a Refund
- Submission of Refund Request:
- To request a refund, students must submit a detailed request via email (info.examprepp@gmail.com) outlining the reason for the refund, along with supporting evidence if applicable.
- Review Process:
- Each request will be reviewed by our support team within 4 working days to assess eligibility.
- Approval or Rejection:
- If the request meets the criteria outlined in our policy, the refund will be approved and processed within 10 working days using the original method of payment, minus any convenience (10%) charges, book charges (Rs. 2000) in case books have been delivered and Delivery & Return Charges (Rs. 500) in case books have been dispatched from the warehouse. . If not, an explanation will be provided for the rejection.
