Who should take DBF PPB?
DBF is intended for eligible IIBF non-members, including people preparing before joining a bank. IIBF members should check JAIIB eligibility instead. PPB is the operational paper for DBF candidates who want to understand how a bank actually serves customers and manages risk. It moves from account opening and payments to lending, technology and ethics.

General Banking Operations
Study banker–customer relationships, customer identification, account opening, deposit operations, payments and customer service. Follow each process from request to control and resolution.

Lending Operations of Banks

A focused route to DBF Paper 2
- Learn a banking process in sequence: customer request, document, bank check and outcome.
- Compare similar products or roles in a two-column table before solving MCQs.
